Upon entering the villa on the first floor, you'll encounter a fully furnished living room, complete with a 75"plasma screen and a functional fireplace. On one side, the dining room showcases a generous table for up to 18 Guests, and the well-equipped kitchen features a cold room and an additional table for 6. On the opposite end, the opulent and luxurious master bedroom features a spacious dressing room and an exquisite bathroom. The entire floor opens up to a covered terrace, an alfresco dining area, and a summer lounge that overlooks the heated pool.
The ground floor houses 5 VIP bedrooms (including one designed for children) and 2 utility rooms, all with their own bathrooms and restrooms. The ground floor also includes a private library, an extensive wine cellar, a secure garage for 2 cars, as well as bicycle and scooter storage (in addition to the 10 external parking spaces).
