On the main floor of Ailana Hale, the primary bedroom features a king bed with an en-suite bath that has a tile shower and a soaking tub. Also on the main floor, the two guest bedrooms feature a king bed and its shared full bath. Upstairs, a loft with two additional king-size beds also has its own full bath, and its own small office area.
This Princeville home provides easy access to renowned north Kauai beaches such as Hanalei Bay and Lumahai. Just a short walk also takes guests to the Queen's Bath tide pools, Hideaways Beach, and the Princeville Makai Golf Club. Only a mile away, Princeville Center offers a grocery store, restaurants, boutiques, a yoga studio, banks, and a gas station.
This home offers a window AC unit in the Primary and one of the Guest Bedrooms Downstairs. The third bedroom has a portable AC. The rest of the home including the upstairs loft is NOT air conditioned. The window AC and Portable AC in bedrooms will NOT cool the entire home. Stand Fan in each bedroom and living room is available. Windows and Doors can also be opened to allow the cool trade winds to pass through. Occasionally trade winds may not blow for a few days. The months of June through September tend to have the warmest temperatures.
