After snorkeling, surfing, or hiking nearby, rinse off beneath the lava rock outdoor shower before enjoying another relaxing evening poolside as the colors of sunset settle across Princeville.

Sleeping Quarters

• Primary Suite: California king bed, split air conditioning, private lanai with golf course views, ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, soaking tub, and separate custom-tiled shower. Please note the primary suite does not have a locking door, and the adjacent den is open to the suite.
• Open Den: Two twin beds with split air conditioning, located directly off the primary suite, ideal for children or additional guests.
• Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed, split air conditioning, and private ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
• Guest Bedroom 3: Full bed, split air conditioning, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Thoughtful amenities make every stay comfortable, whether you're visiting for a long weekend or an extended island escape. Beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler are ready for your adventures along Kauai's North Shore, while a full laundry room offers added convenience.

Perfectly situated in Princeville, Hokulani Villa places you within easy reach of many of Kauai's most celebrated destinations. Hanalei Bay, Hanalei Town, world-class surfing, snorkeling, kayaking, hiking trails, boutique shopping, and exceptional local dining are all just a short drive away, making this vacation home an ideal home base for exploring the island.

Good to Know

• Standard occupancy is 6 guests with a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. Additional guest fees apply for guests beyond standard occupancy.
• Three bedrooms, open den, and three full bathrooms.
• Split air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms and the upstairs den only. The living room and dining room do not have AC and are naturally cooled by ceiling fans and Kauai's trade winds.
• Private pool is unheated. Pool heat may be available by advance request for an additional daily fee.
• Garage is not available for vehicle parking. Parking is available in the driveway only.
• Mandatory mid-stay housekeeping is required for reservations of 10 nights or longer. Two cleanings are required for stays exceeding 21 nights. This is an additional fee that is separate from the departure clean fee that is paid at the time of the booking.
• Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and cooler are provided for guest use.
• During Hawaii's winter months, seasonal gnats are a natural part of the tropical environment. Keeping doors and windows closed whenever possible helps minimize their presence.
