Welcome to Kaanapali Alii 163, an inviting 2-bedroom, partial ocean-view residence, with a fully enclosed den that comfortably serves as a third bedroom.

Upon entering, you immediately notice the beautiful wood floors that fill the living room, kitchen, and dining room. The open floor plan is the perfect layout for creating moments together. Whether you are sitting on the lanai playing cards and enjoying partial views of the Pacific or gathering around the kitchen sharing your favorite meal, you will have plenty of space to create your cherished Maui memories.

Accommodations~

The primary bedroom features a comfortable California King bed, an extended lounging area highlighted by leather recliner chairs, and an ensuite bathroom. 

The second bedroom has two queen beds and private access out onto the lanai. A second full bathroom with tub and shower is located just off the second bedroom. The den off the living room can be fully closed and serves as a third bedroom with both a queen and twin-sized beds.

Select from a variety of dining settings within your residence, whether it's the elegant formal dining table, the inviting outdoor lanai, or the casual kitchen countertop/island. For an extraordinary culinary experience, enjoy a private chef crafting a memorable meal in the comfort of your own space.

Grill Master Service: The resident Grill Master Cromwell adds a little sizzle to your meal with complimentary grilling recommendations and tips at any one of the eight oceanfront grills. Simply bring your favorite piece of uncooked meat, fish, or vegetables, pick a specialty rub or seasoning, and let our Grill Master help you craft the perfect meal. Please note he is there to provide great advice while you barbecue (he won't cook for you). The best part is no cleanup in your residence after dinner!

Seasonally available on a first-come, first-served basis. The service starts at 5:00 pm and runs to around 9:00 pm.

Kaanapali Tournament Royal (North) Course: One of only two courses in Hawaii designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr., the Kaanapali Royal Course has hosted decades of memorable professional golf events. Kapalua Golf Courses: Kapalua Resort, located on Maui's northwest shore, approximately 10 miles from historic Lahaina Town, offers the Bay Course and The Plantation Course, home to the PGA TOUR's Sentry Tournament of Champions. Kapalua is also home to the Kapalua Golf Academy, a state-of-the-art instructional facility.
