This property is offered as a monthly rental. Although full-month occupancy is not required, the monthly rate remains fixed and applies in full, regardless of the number of nights stayed, as prorated rates are not available.

The kitchen has high-end stainless steel appliances and rich wood cabinetry. The layout blends seamlessly with the dining area making it easy to socialize with your guests. Uncork your favorite bottle of wine, and enjoy an appetizer or light snack from this relaxed and inviting space.

Unwind on the posh sectional in the living room, which is located just off the kitchen. With a large flatscreen TV and lots of cozy seating, its the perfect space to host a movie night.

Kahala Seaside has four bedrooms all comfortably furnished with posh beds and linens. The two guest bedrooms share a large bathroom and have high-end finishes, dual-sink vanity and a tub/shower combo. Enjoy private lanai access and garden views in the king-size master suite. A luxurious soaking tub in the large en suite bathroom creates a spa-like experience. High-speed internet, free Wifi, air conditioning throughout and a washer and dryer provide guests with additional convenience during their stay.

Outdoors a lush oasis awaits. Lounge poolside, go for a refreshing swim or explore the tropical beauty of the landscaped yard. Sip coffee or cocktails on the terrace while taking in garden and pool views.

Standard Occupancy for this property is 8 guests. There will be an extra fee for additional guests over the standard occupancy.

The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30-days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. Rates based on a 30 day rental period. Please Inquire.
