This property is offered as a monthly rental. Although full-month occupancy is not required, the monthly rate remains fixed and applies in full, regardless of the number of nights stayed, as prorated rates are not available.

This 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath home lets you escape to the privacy and tranquility of nature, with nearby access to Lanikai Beach, and spectacular unobstructed views of the pristine Mokulua Islands. The interior, carefully styled by local designer Lucky Bennet, is newly remodeled with island-inspired features such as LED lighting, custom cabinetry and finishes of high-quality Koa wood.

A long private gated driveway leads to the main courtyard with a 2-car garage, storage space as well as an electric vehicle charging station. The home’s backyard features an elevated oceanside lanai where chaise lounge chairs, a hammock, and swaying palms beckon you to soak up some tropical sun. Just feet away, the dazzling turquoise waters and gentle lapping waves of Lanikai Beach will make you feel like you’ve stumbled upon your own private isle!

The spacious kitchen, formal dining room, and cozy living area makes this open-concept common area the ideal place to gather for a good time. Each space in the house flows seamlessly into the next, as the open floor plan makes entertainment easy and inviting. A sitting area situated under the central landing is a great place to enjoy the energy of the house, as the views of the ocean outside and comfortably cushioned seating entice you to relax. On the periphery of the main room, the entertainment area has plenty of comfortable plush seating centered in front of a large flat screen Smart television for an engaging night of entertainment.

The updated kitchen is equipped with a complete set of stainless steel appliances, marble granite countertops and a centralized island for an easy and comfortable culinary experience. The wrap-around breakfast bar seats up to 8 people, while the dining room provides a rectangular table fit for 6. An additional dining table of the same design can seat an extra 4 people by the entertainment area.

The four bedrooms of the villa are located on the second floor. The Primary suite is furnished with a king bed, walk-in closet, flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Enjoy the extraordinary sunrises just beyond the horizon, with direct access to the oceanside lanai. The room’s spacious private en-suite feels like a miniature spa with a gorgeous marble walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub, large dual vanities and a separate water closet. Ample natural light flowing in from several windows including a large overhead skylight makes this space truly peaceful and relaxing. Guest bedroom 2 is outfitted with 2 double beds, lush mountain views, a ceiling fan and an attached en-suite that includes a walk-in shower, soaking tub and single vanity. Guest bedroom 3 supports a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, standard closet, and sliding glass doors leading out to the upper-level oceanside lanai. A Jack-and-Jill attached en-suite with a shower/tub combo, single vanity and water closet is shared with the 4th guest bedroom, which contains a king-sized bed, ceiling fan and flat screen TV. All bedrooms come with air conditioning for optimal temperature control. There is also a laundry room including an in-unit washer and dryer as well as a utility sink and cabinet storage for convenience.

The superb location of this villa enables quick and easy access to some of the most beautiful destinations on the island. Located in Kailua’s desirable neighborhood of Lanikai, you are close to historic downtown Kailua where there are a number of entertainment, food, and shopping venues to explore. If the city is what you crave, the metropolitan hub of downtown Honolulu, as well as the Honolulu International Airport, is roughly a 30-minute drive away.
