The main level includes two living rooms with TVs, a family room without a TV, a formal dining room, and the gourmet kitchen, which serves as the heart of the home. Upstairs offers a game room with a kitchenette, a library/media room with a 150-inch screen and projector, and a secondary living room. The main house upstairs provides access to Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4, as well as the upstairs living areas.

The upstairs studio, located above the garage and accessible only by stairs, serves as the primary bedroom for guests. It features a king bed, a kitchenette, a 150-inch screen and projector, access to the rooftop deck, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower (no tub). Bedroom 2 overlooks the pool and includes a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted tub. Bedroom 3 features a California king bed, a 150-inch screen and projector, and a bathroom just outside the room with a walk-in shower (no tub). Bedroom 4, ideal for families, is furnished with a king bed and a toddler bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted tub. The downstairs bedroom includes a California king bed, a walk-in closet, and a spa-like en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted tub.
