Important Resort Notices

• Please note that the annual Chairman's Club Event will take place at the Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai from Monday, November 30 through Saturday, December 5, 2026. Access to the resort and amenities will be limited. Access is managed entirely by Hualalai Resort and may change at their discretion.
• Please note that the annual Mitsubishi Golf Tournament will take place at the Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai from Jan 16, 2027 – Jan 24, 2027. Access to the resort and amenities will be limited. Access is managed entirely by Hualalai Resort and may change at their discretion.
• The Beach Tree Pool at Hualalai will be temporarily closed September 8–November 15 for repairs and enhancements. Beach Tree Restaurant will remain open for lunch and dinner, with continued beachfront food and beverage service available during the project. Guests who have purchased access to the Hualalai Resort amenities package may continue to enjoy Hualalai’s seven other swimming facilities during the closure. Guests may also enjoy the shoreline area with their own beach chair from the unit.

• During Shoulder and Peak Seasons, the booking window and chaise lounge policies will not apply.
• During Peak of Peak Season, rental guests may submit on-property reservation requests through Club Concierge beginning 60 days prior to their resort access start date.
• During Festive Season, a dedicated Festive Concierge Desk will open in mid-November to facilitate on-property reservations.
• During both Peak of Peak and Festive Seasons, chaise lounges for residential and rental guests will be available on the lawns and beaches only, as directed by Pool Operations.
• As a friendly reminder, rental guests are provided a one-time opportunity to opt into resort access during their stay. The entire household must participate for a minimum of two consecutive days, with no breaks in between.

Kona International Airport (KOA) is approximately 10 minutes away — arrivals are effortless and departures are never rushed.
