• Hualalai Resort Access: Daily resort fees apply for guests who wish to access Hualalai Resort amenities. These are paid directly to the Resort and are not included in the rental rate.

• Guests may opt in for Resort access for a minimum of two consecutive days, and the entire household must participate. These fees are paid directly to the Resort, which operates independently from the property management company and may adjust rates or policies without notice. After booking, the Resort team will reach out to coordinate access directly.
• Other Details: Mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee applies for stays of 14 nights or longer. Extra guest fees apply if approved.
• The Hualalai Resort Spa will undergo enhancements to its outdoor aqua-thermal areas from September 15 to mid-November 2025. During this period, massage and body treatments will be relocated to the Makaloa Villa. Access to the infrared sauna, hot tub, and pools will remain available, with temporary facilities provided nearby.
