This two-floor independent villa and its dependence are set in a 13-acre estate cultivated with olive trees. The grounds are completely fenced and offer absolute privacy to guests, who may find themselves lingering near the saline-water state-of-the-art heated swimming pool. This contemporary villa features impeccable modern interiors. Location Details

Located in the charming town of Foiano Della Chiana (south of Siena – Tuscany). The town features many restaurants, shops, pretty cobble stone streets and architectural sites. Siena and Arezzo are a very easy drive as well as the many wineries in Brunello area. The beautiful town of Montepulciano and Cortona are also an easy reach.

Important note regarding Chef/ Cook Services: All Chef/Cook services need to be arranged by your Concierge. Only Villa approved Chef/Cooks can be used. This also pertains to In-Villa cooking lessons.
Due to limited transportation in outlying and rural areas, a rental car is essential for stays at countryside villas in Italy. We are more than happy to arrange a car for you during your stay, please just let us know at time of booking.
Please note that Italy villas rent from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions may be possible on a case by case basis and upon request.
The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax of €1.50 - €5.00 per person, per day and applies to all overnight stays for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable to the local property manager.
Most villas in Italy require the cost of extra services be paid upon arrival in cash. Please check with your Villa Specialist or Concierge for details.

Minimum Stay Details

3 Night minimum stay, except for holiday weeks which have a 7 night minimum stay. For guests wishing to stay during both Christmas and New Year's, a 10 night minimum stay applies. For Christmas only, 7 nights are accepted if guests depart by December 29th. For New Year's only, 7 nights are accepted, but check in must be on December 27th. Minimum night stay may vary by villa. Please contact a villa specialist to confirm.
