This villa has four bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-out veranda which opens up to a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. The modern furnishings make it extremely comfortable. Outside the spacious living room is a central veranda adjoining the sun terrace, which surrounds the swimming pool and extends towards the sea. The beautiful lawn and poolside accommodate up to eighty guests for outdoor functions.

All four bedrooms have quiet remote control air conditioning, ceiling fans, flat screen HD televisions, en-suite bathrooms, large closets, robes, slippers, hairdryers & personal safes.

Outside the spacious living room is a central verandah adjoining the sun terrace, which surrounds the swimming pool and extends towards the sea.

The Prospect Estate is a 1,000-acre property on the north coast of Jamaica, nestled between the azure waters of the Caribbean Sea and the lush greenery of the mountains.

Prospect Estate is a short distance from the picturesque town of Ocho Rios, one mile east of the White River, which separates the parishes of St. Ann and St. Mary.
