Located on a wide sandy beach, Sweet Spot is like a pretty jewel box next to the sea. Its remarkable location is the best of all worlds ... a 6,000-square-foot private home with a huge lawn and beach.

The interiors at Sweet Spot are brightly furnished and cheerful. French doors open wide to the lovely sea view. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have flat-screen TVs. However, you may wish to leave your doors open at night to hear the waves lapping on the beach. The DSS satellite system offers news, sports, movies, family, and children's programming, plus several music stations.

The large lawn is trimmed in colorful hibiscus, bougainvillea, shrimp flowers, oleander, banana trees, and stately coconut palms. The lawn is a great playground for children ... or merely enjoying the shade of the beautiful Cassia Fistula tree with its beautiful cascading bunches of yellow flowers.

Beyond the lawn is the 10,000-square-foot beach (not a private beach), clear water, and an excellent reef just 50 feet offshore. Sea kayaks, snorkeling equipment, and 2 paddle boards are complimentary. As a special evening treat, the staff will plan a poolside barbecue ... with chicken, ribs, chops, fish, or lobster ... or a nighttime bonfire on the beach.

Accommodations

Bedroom 1 (Lower Level)
Two double beds, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a bidet. French doors open to an interior courtyard, pool, and lawn. The room is handicap accessible.

Bedrooms 2 & 3 (Upstairs)
King-size beds, en-suite bathrooms with tub-shower combination. French doors open to the balcony and a gorgeous ocean view.

Bedroom 4 (Upstairs)
King-size bed, en-suite bathroom with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub, bidet. French doors open to the balcony and a gorgeous ocean view.

Bedrooms 5 & 6 (Upstairs)
King-size beds, en-suite bathrooms with tub-shower combination, and a bidet. The front bedroom has a door to the ocean-view balcony. The back bedroom has a garden view. Both adjoin an air-conditioned study with a stereo, television, computer, and Internet access.

Three bedrooms have closet safes for securing guest valuables.

Groceries can be ordered, delivered, and paid for via a credit card from the local grocery store. Alternatively, guests can shop at the local grocery store near the villa using their credit card or cash.
