Villa Overview

Each oceanfront bedroom is of equal size but unique, with bath and shower en-suite, pocket doors on two walls in each bedroom, double sinks, walk-in closets, and travertine floors. The beachfront deck features six custom lounges, a 45' infinity pool, swim-up bar, sunken Palapa Bar with refrigerator, ice maker, mesquite bar stools, and granite countertops; a ten-person heated jacuzzi, deck shower, fire pit, and outdoor granite kitchen with wood-fired St. Maria-style grill and Wolf gas BBQ with rotisserie enhance the outdoor living;

A parota wood outdoor dining table, chairs, and benches seat ten with additional seating as required. Air conditioning is available but rarely needed as there is always a breeze, good ventilation, and a deck in the sun or the shade as you prefer.

The indoor kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, and silverware and includes a 42" Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, an eight burner Wolf range, double ovens, wine storage, separate island prep station with sink, microwave drawer, and island seating for six.

The dishwasher is built into a second island with a large sink overlooking the mountains to the west. The dining room is finished with glass cabinets and a massive hand-carved table and chairs comfortably seating ten. The dining room windows open 30' wide to the pool deck allowing the outdoors to come in and join you for dinner. Carved onyx lighting indoors and out complete a warm and elegant atmosphere that is both relaxing and enchanting; memories made here last forever.

Staff can also provide shopping and prepare sumptuous meals for a small additional cost.
