Skiing at Big Sky Mountain Resort is a 15-minute drive or shuttle ride away. Nestled on a tree-lined lot with mountain views, the light-filled corner condo is styled in mountain modern, featuring hardwood floors with radiant heat, granite countertops and nature-inspired artwork.

Spanning two levels, the home welcomes guests on the ground floor, where a wooden staircase leads to an open floorplan on the upper level, marrying the great room, dining area and gourmet kitchen. In the living room, an elegant leather sofa and three comfy armchairs face a gas fireplace with a stacked-stone mantel and a large, wall-mounted Smart TV. Steps away in the hall is a powder room. In the dining area, a 6-seat hardwood table sits beneath an antique chandelier with lots of light streaming through a sliding glass door to the private deck. Before dinner, grab a drink at one of three seats at the breakfast bar, just beside the wine cooler. In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals.

On the main level, you’ll find the master bedroom and the other two are located on the lower level. Master Bedroom Styled in chic mountain decor, this room has a king-sized bed with plush linens and a fur accent throw, a walk-in closet and custom en-suite bath. Picture windows reveal mountain views. Bedroom 2 Featuring modern cabin decor with a log bed frame and antique nightstands, this room has king-sized bed and picture windows. Bedroom 3 This room is decorated in a vintage ski style with a queen-sized bed and hardwood accent chair. The second and third bedrooms share a spacious full bath in the hall with a custom glass shower, dual vanity and washer and dryer.

From the Blue Grouse development’s convenient location, guests are steps from year-round entertainment. In the winter, guests are a short 15-minute drive to the Big Sky Resort or a short shuttle ride to the shuttle stop which can also take you to the resort. In the summer, stroll to the farmer’s market, concerts and trails.

A private 1-car garage and additional space in the driveway allows for exploring the surrounding area, from the Big Sky Golf Course to Ousel Falls Park, each a 5-minute drive.
