This is a stylish villa located in the quiet Fonte Algarve residential resort, near the world famous resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale de Lobo in the Algarve's Golden Triangle.
Overview
The property is split into 3 levels. On the ground floor there is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, a bright and comfortable living room and 2 bedrooms with large doors to the patio area. One is a double bedroom with a separate bathroom with shower and the other one is a twin en-suite bedroom with shower and bath.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with private balconies. One is the master suite which features a double bed, walk-in closet, TV and a bathroom with shower. The other bedroom has a bunk bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath, ideal for children and teens. On the lower ground floor you can find a cinema room and utility room.
Outside, a Mediterranean private garden surrounds a good size swimming pool (size 12×6 – heated upon request at an extra fee) and features great areas providing both sun and shade and offers plenty of room for children to run around and play. There is also a gas and a charcoal BBQ and dining area to enjoy “al-fresco” meals. All bedrooms and living room have AC.
