Villa Overview
2 weeks minimum stay in July and August.
This south-facing villa was completed in early 2016 to the highest standard with a beautiful garden and stunning views to the sea from the roof terrace. It has electric shutters, underfloor heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, cable TV and barbecue.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation includes the open-plan living and dining area with open kitchen (which has Bosch appliances and American style fridge/freezer). Large sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace and garden.
There are four bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom:
- The master suite on the first floor has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom, double shower and access to a private balcony
- On the ground floor is a second double bedroom which has its own en-suite shower room, and a sliding door leading to the pool terrace
- Two twin rooms each have an en-suite shower room and window to the front of the house
Outside guests will enjoy the pool (8m x 4m approximately, which can be heated at extra cost), large garden with seating areas, dining terrace and barbecue.
