Dining~

Alma: Dine in the warm open air, with relaxed Latin music playing, sampling a refreshing palette of inspired fusion flavors from sea urchin paté, to ‘La Gloria’ Wagyu, to experimental wood-fired flatbreads loaded with everything from blue cheese to duck prosciutto. Enjoy a drink poolside selecting from a wine menu where modern natural wines and playful Mexican selections meet.

Open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  The dress code is relaxed during the day and elegant resort attire for the evening. 

Carao: Suspended on the cliffside, let contemporary cuisine curated by celebrity chef Enrique Olvera take you on a sensorial journey – showcasing re-invented traditional cuisine with a daring sense of personality that celebrates years of travel and experience.

Jetty Beach Club: On the edge of warm swimmable waters, enjoy delicious casual dining, accompanied by inviting oversized beds and cabanas. Feel connected to the flavors that surround you – collecting inspiring culinary morsels throughout the day. Indulge in a generous plate of oysters, sample the catch of the day from snapper to amberjack, or tuck into signature tacos bursting with soft shell crab and avocado mousse.

The Treetop: As the day draws to a close, this is the perfect spot to capture the mesmerizing Mandarina sunsets. Sample a menu of beverages made purely from sustainable ingredients, including a wide selection of natural wines as well as light snacks such as oyster mushroom tempura and garlic and parsley-infused squid.

KidsOnly: Inspiring adventures designed to unplug from everyday modern life where the wonders of nature are brought to life – from wildlife bingo to exploring the butterfly farm.

Explore amidst the trees in a 42,000-square-foot playground like no other, designed by award-winning art director Brigitte Broch for children aged 4-11. From jungle tree houses to hanging bridges and slides, climbing walls, and nature trails, this tree village inspires the imagination to run wild, fulfilling childhood dreams. 

Experiences~

Whale Watching: Every year, hundreds of humpback whales end their long migration and enter the Bay of Banderas. It is here where calves come into the world and males compete for females. Watch these 50-ton mammals jump and play, spout water, and listen to their evocative songs under the sea. This experience is at its best from December until March. 

Polo & Equestrian Club: An inspiring hive of activity, with horse-back adventures for all ages.  A hive of activity, Mandarina Polo & Equestrian Club promises adventure and fun. Novices and experienced riders can enjoy horseback lessons, jungle-to-ocean trail rides, and polo classes – or just watch a dramatic polo game. Our resident experts will guide you through One&Only Mandarina’s incredible experiences, embracing nature and the sea. 

Whether you’re a novice, champion, or spectator, this world-class facility will draw you in, with dazzling international events, horseback lessons for the whole family, trail riding, and polo lessons that make you feel rooted in Mexico. 

Taste of Mexico: Go on a voyage to the incredible area of Tequila in Jalisco, stopping at Compostela and Plan de Barrancas towns along the way. Arrive at huge fields of enchanting blue-green agave, where this famed drink shares its story and secrets. Take in epic views of Casa Sauza and Casa Cuervo, learn about the tequila-making process as you tour La Rojeña Distillery, visit Cava de Reserva de la Familia, and enjoy an educational tasting with Maestro Dobel. You'll also have the chance to blend your own tequila and savor a gourmet taste over lunch.
