Villa Overview

La Serenata Villa # 1 features a private heated pool and hot tub, spacious yard with exceptional views, and Premier Membership to all of the resort amenities.  Set into the hillside next to the golf course, the villa is centrally located for easy access to all activities, but feel free to use the 6-person golf cart! Guests at the villa enjoy privileged access to two 18-hole golf courses, the Resident’s Beach Club with charming oceanfront bar and the Kupuri Beach Club with spectacular pools and its gourmet restaurant, a luxury spa and the Punta Mita Tennis and Fitness Center.

The relaxed living and dining areas open to the beautiful pool deck and verdant yard.  Relax in the outdoor lounge area that features a BBQ area for grilling the day’s catch, outdoor dining table that seats 8, private heated pool, spa and outdoor covered bed.  A completely furnished gourmet kitchen is ready for a professional chef or just your morning coffee.

A main level king bedroom and three more king bedrooms on the upper level each have private en suite bathrooms and smart TVs with cable and wireless internet.  An additional full bath and powder room are located on the main level.  The master suite offers lovely views from its private deck overlooking the Nicklaus golf course and enticing backyard.
