Casa Estrella Estate is made up of 2 villas, Casa Corazon (beachfront) and Casa Estrella approximately 1 minute walk from each other, please note these villas are not connected nor are they direct neighbors.
Strictly quiet hours in the community after 10pm (no loud music allowed). Penalties for noncompliance may apply.
Please be aware that, due to warming weather and fluctuating ocean currents, the Riviera Maya may experience the presence of naturally occurring seaweed during the hotter months of the year.
Additional guests (over 30): $65 USD pp/night + taxes (maximum 32 guests)
A cleaning fee of $50 USD is required per stay
