The villa is set in 8100 sqm (2 acres) of land, with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside, the Church of Santa Eulalia in the distance and the Mediterranean beyond. This very private villa has no neighbors close by and is surrounded by farmland.

With the emphasis on total relaxation and comfort, the grounds provide large day beds and sun loungers, a swing chair and a large chill out area with an oversized table which is ideal for pre-dinner drinks or a more informal meal.

The grounds and outdoor facilities at San Lorenzo Deluxe are equally as opulent and well presented as the interior. The pristinely maintained gardens include a beautiful fruit orchard and a magical children’s play area with fishing boat house, swings and a sunken trampoline.

The huge 16m x 5m swimming pool is surrounded by immaculate terracing with first class sun loungers, a 12 person sunken chill-out area for ultimate relaxation, and the impressive poolside Bali House.

There is a superb outdoor kitchen with an American style gas BBQ and for your alfresco dining experience a superb dining table which seats up to 14 people.

Lounge

The open plan layout of the villa seamlessly links the living room with the kitchen, dining area and the outdoors. The large floor to ceiling glass doors open out onto the pool and garden and perfectly compliment the central walk around the fireplace, the giant lounge style settees and the large solid oak 14 people dining table.

Facilities include a 42" plasma TV, surround sound and a Blue Ray DVD player (extensive DVD library available), Sky TV and a fully integrated sound system wired throughout the house and onto the pool terrace. Wi-Fi is also accessible throughout the house.

Kitchen

The supremely equipped kitchen surrounds a 5-meter long center island and breakfast bar. There is a 3 door American fridge freezer and ice dispenser, alongside a wine cooler, 2 dishwashers, a Quooker instant hot water tap, a Smeg oven and a 5 ring hob makes up just some of the facilities on hand.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Bedrooms are light, airy and spacious, all with their own individual design details. They all have their own terraces, crisp white bed linen, high-quality mattresses, iPod docking stations and air conditioning. Each of the 6 en-suite bathrooms are finished to an impressively high level with Philippe Starck and Hans Groehe fittings, limestone floors and high-quality Egyptian cotton towels.

The Master Suite includes a King size bed, a 32" plasma TV, Sky TV, a DVD player and a built in surround sound music system. The freestanding cast iron bath is also a fantastic feature of this room. There is also access to a private terrace with countryside views.

In addition to this, the en-suite bathroom includes double wash basins and a spacious walk in Philippe Starck shower.

The single children's bedroom sits off of the master bedroom with a free standing fan, private terrace and countryside views.

Four further bedrooms all with king size beds, all include large en-suite bathrooms finished with Hans Groehe fittings, and a range of limestone, polished concrete and marble tiles.

Children can also enjoy their own dedicated playroom with flat screen TV and a selection of children's movies and toys. There is also a single raised sofa/bed should overflow accommodation be needed.
