Villa Overview

The property is composed of a main villa with four bedrooms and a guest house provides the fifth bedroom. The harbour and Port Andratx are within walking distance – there are also seaviews from the property towards the harbour. The living areas are spacious, in neutral tones with splashes of colour, with careful attention to detail throughout. All modern conveniences are present; air conditioning, Sonos music system (with indoor and outdoor speakers), satellite TV, and internet access.

There is a six person jacuzzi with sea view on the first floor balcony, whilst in the grounds there is a 10m x 5m swimming pool (heatable on request), several terraces and dining areas and a mature garden with lawned space. Look forward to long summer days with the barbecue in action whilst the children enjoy the pool, before relaxing with your favourite cocktail with the sunset for company.
