Family villa by the beach. Villa Sunny Daze is the perfect villa for those looking for beach holiday in Marbella. Located in a quiet residential area and only a few hundred meters to some of Marbella`s most beautiful beaches, this Scandinavian style villa is perfect for those who would like to have some fun in the sun. The villa recently underwent a complete renovation and has been finished to a high standard with clean sleek white lines and sea views from all parts of the house.

The outside area of the villa has a spacious terrace and is a wonderful spot for a large family to come together for a day outside in the sun. The large and inviting heated infinity-pool has a built-in pool-bar where you can enjoy a drink whist you lounge around in the pool. Grab your favorite floaty and float around in the pool and enjoy the amazing panoramic Sea views.

On the ground floor you have the spacious open kitchen-dining area, with serves perfectly as the villa's hub, and for cooking and coming together to socialize. Just outside the kitchen is a large dining terrace. 

Next to the kitchen is a spacious dining room with special build dining table to 16 persons. The dining room is connected the large living room and TV area, all open connected with amazing view to the terrace and sea. Around the nice patio on ground floor, you find 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and the other two bathrooms have a large bathroom to share.

Going up the beautiful black-marble stairway to first floor you will find two spacious and thoughtfully decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large private work-in-closet and an ensuite with a free-standing bathtub and separate shower. When you wake up, you are sure to smile when you see the amazing views of the Mediterranean. Enjoy each morning you can walk out onto the terrace to breathe in the fresh air, enjoy the spectacular views and feel absolute tranquility. On a clear day you can often see as far down as the coast of Africa. This is the spot, you dream about a moment with a glass of champagne, read a book, or just to relax.

Just next to the master bedroom you have a second bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom and of course the same fabulous views from the terrace. Downstairs you will find a small apartment with two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and living room area with television and PlayStation. Both bedrooms have a private entrance and can be accessed from the outside garden area. This is a perfect part of the house for grown up children or perhaps nannies or staff.

Within a short walk to the villa along the beach, you will find some of the best restaurant and bars in the area, such as the Beach House, Sciroko Beach and the famous Niki Beach. Within a short drive you also have the bustling city center of Marbella and for sporting enthusiast there are a plethora of golf courses.

Beachside East Marbella is known for its long stretches of golden sand, natural dunes, and a relaxed coastal atmosphere. Just minutes from the town center, it offers a more tranquil setting with chiringuitos, beach clubs, and elegant villas tucked along the shoreline.
