This stunning 4-bed villa sits a mere stone’s throw away from the beach on Marbella’s Golden Mile, in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. Upon entry to this lavish property, your eyes will be immediately drawn to the unique vertical gardens lining the façade. Soft sounds of water trickling down the edge of the infinity pool hook you further as you approach the open terrace which offers a cozy lounge and outdoor dining area created to be enjoyed all day and into the long summer evenings.
 
This fantastic home is equipped with Bluetooth speakers as well as a Domotic system. There is secure parking for 2 cars, air-conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout, as well as underfloor heating. In addition, pool heating is available in the winter months (at an additional weekly cost).
 
Furthermore, being located right in the middle of the Golden Mile, it is just a short and enjoyable walk to both Puerto Banús and the old town of Marbella. With that said, it is one of the few places in Marbella where the whole family can do what they want without having to use a car. The beach is a mere 2-minute walk, many restaurants and shops within 5 minutes or so, and with a short stroll, you will find yourself at Marbella center, Marbella Club or the Puente Romano Resort.
