Villa D'zir enjoys panoramic views.

The modern structure sits below a parking area. The front door leads to a large, spacious living area with cushioned seating. A large wooden panel can separate or open the living area to the well-equipped kitchen, which has a breakfast bar and a large dining area next to the terrace.

Each bedroom has an ocean view, a king-size bed, a U.S. satellite and Apple TV and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a shower, which can open to the outside. One bedroom is located off the main room, while the other 2 bedrooms are situated off a hallway on the other side. The lower floor features a fitness room.

The living area opens wide to a deck with loungers and the large, heated infinity pool. This villa also comes with ceiling fans.

Villa D’zir, or D'zir, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
