Overview

Villa La Maison Sur Le Port is a 5-bedroom villa located in Gustavia within a short walk of the beach, restaurants, and shopping.

This newly renovated villa is built on 2 levels and decorated with soft-colored fabrics. On the main level is a large air-conditioned living area, which is furnished with pale blue sofas that face the pool and terrace. The living area opens to an indoor dining area with a large wooden table and seating for 10 guests, and a gourmet kitchen with a large dark granite counter and a flat-screen TV.

Opposite the dining area is the elegant master bedroom with a king-size bed and en suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The master bedroom opens to the pool and terrace.

Four bedrooms are located on the upper level. Two of these bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and king-size beds, while the third bedroom has twin beds, which can be pushed together to make a king-size bed. A fourth, smaller bedroom on this level is perfect for staff or children and available upon request. This bedroom has a single bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom on this level.

A terrace with loungers surrounds the pool. Located adjacent to the pool is a gazebo with an outside dining table and gas barbecue. The house also has air-conditioning in the bedrooms, WiFi and Internet access, and U.S. satellite TV.

Villa La Maison Sur Le Port comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
