Villa Prestige is centrally located, allowing guests to walk in Gustavia and enjoy shops, restaurants and strolls around the harbor.

Newly built and tastefully decorated in a both minimalist and elegant style, Prestige is a spacious property with a large, open and comfortable living room facing the panorama over the ocean and the harbor. White and cream-color hints create a bright atmosphere perfect for relaxing. The indoor dining room can accommodate up to six guests around the beautiful white table for meals prepared in the lovely well-equipped kitchen. You may prefer to dine alfresco around the outdoor dining table for eight guests in the gentle island breeze, enjoying the exceptional light of St. Barths.

At the front, the large terrace is furnished with a beautiful swimming pool where you’ll enjoy relaxing at any time. Sun loungers are harmoniously set up on the large deck facing the view over the harbor, the yachts and the perfect horizon.
