Villa Palm Beach is a contemporary 5-bedroom villa located in Lorient within steps of the beach and minutes from shopping. This waterfront property is situated across from an access road to Lorient Bay.

Decorated in a contemporary style, this new villa offers stunning views of the ocean and nearby islands. The main house is comprised of a large, comfortable living room, a bar area, a gourmet kitchen, and a formal dining room with a large table. The dining room, which offers breathtaking views, has sliding doors that can be closed to create an intimate space.

The master bedroom is modern with a colonial, 4-poster king-size bed overlooking the sea, a spacious ensuite bathroom with rain shower and tub, and a large dressing area. The 3 other bedrooms, with one next to the master bedroom and 2 on the far side of the sitting room, have ensuite bathrooms and ocean views.

A pavilion, located at the rear of the property, features a kitchenette, dining area, and bedroom with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The bungalow is perfect for teenagers or a nanny with small children.

Loungers surround the infinity pool for either sunbathing or working poolside. During high season, a continental breakfast is included, as well as turndown service, personal laundry, and complimentary soft drinks. The house also has complimentary sea kayaks (a single-seat and double-seat), Paddleboard, WiFi, hammock, wine cellar, and U.S. satellite TV.

Villa Palm Beach comes with house cleaning services daily and evenings. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.

* Note - This villa requires a $6,000 security deposit which is refundable after departure if no damages. It also requires a $4,000 party fee.
