Lagon Jaune

Overview

Villa Lagon Jaune is a modern 4-bedroom villa located in Petit Cul de Sac within steps of the beach. This house can be rented with its sister villa, Marisa Petit, for a total of 6 bedrooms and 2 pools.

This villa is extremely spacious. The living area and kitchen opens to the covered terrace and pool area overlooking the ocean. A mezzanine over the kitchen has a queen-size futon and desk.

A covered terrace outside houses a large, wooden dining table with seating suitable for up to 6 guests. A stone terrace surrounds the pool area and offers comfortable outdoor seating facing the ocean.

Three of the bedrooms are on the main level and have a king-size bed (or 2 twin beds), ensuite bathroom, and air-conditioning. A mini-suite is located separately and features a kitchenette, ensuite bathroom, and private terrace. This mini-suite would be ideal for a nanny.

Guests receive complimentary membership to the sports center, Form Fitness during high season. The house also comes with beach chairs and equipment, 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards (shared by Villas du Lagon and available upon request), high-speed Internet, WiFi, and the U.S. and French satellite TV.

Villa Lagon Jaune comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
