Overview

Villa Kir Royal is a 4-bedroom villa located in St. Jean within a short walk of the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Surrounded by palm trees, this villa enjoys a landscape view.

The living room is furnished with a Rattan sofa and chairs and opens to outdoor living under a covered terrace. The living room shares its space with a well-equipped kitchen and a small dining table with bench seating. The kitchen opens to a covered terrace, which houses a large dining area outside with seating for 8 guests alongside a gas grill.

Two bedrooms are located in the main house, while the other 2 bedrooms are located in a separate cottage near the pool. Each air-conditioned bedroom has mosquito netting and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms have king-size beds, while the other 2 bedrooms offer twin beds or a king-size bed.

A small yard with bougainvillea lies next to the spacious pool deck. Loungers and palm trees surround the non-chlorine pool, making this an ideal spot for either sunbathing or reading in the shade. The house also has WiFi, a fax machine, an outdoor shower, and U.S. satellite TV.

Villa Kir Royal comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
