The dining room is beautifully appointed with seating for six and adjoins the spacious living room. The space is cooled by either the wonderful sea breezes off the marina, ceiling fans or A/C. This ground floor opens out onto a waterfront patio, ideal for scenic breakfasts or sundowners. The view from the patio is of Rodney Bay Marina with its colorful array of luxury yachts and sailboats, along with jumping fish. The kitchen is fully equipped with a laundry room for your convenience along with a small powder room nearby.
On the upper floor there are three air-conditioned bedrooms with three bathrooms. Bedroom one has a queen bed and bedroom two has two single beds, which can be converted into one king size bed. The air-conditioned master bedroom has a king bed and boasts a modern and spacious ensuite bathroom. Situated in fully landscaped gardens, with a swimming pool set amidst the lush tropical foliage.
