Elegant townhouse situated in Rodney Bay, Harbour # 6 is situated in the townhouse development of The Harbour and is steps away from the communal pool.
This townhouse has a spacious ground floor which comprises the open plan kitchen, dining, living room and open air patio. The dining room is beautifully appointed with seating for 6 and adjoins the spacious living room. The space is cooled by either the wonderful sea breezes off the marina or the central air-conditioning. This ground floor opens out through French doors onto a waterfront patio, ideal for scenic breakfasts or sundowners. The view from the patio is of Rodney Bay Marina with its colorful array of luxury yachts and sailboats, along with jumping fish. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a laundry room for your convenience along with a small powder room nearby.
On the first floor there are two air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and Bedroom 2 has two single beds, which can be converted into one king-size bed. The air-conditioned master bedroom, located on the second floor has a king-size bed and boasts a modern and spacious en-suite bathroom.
The Harbour is situated in fully landscaped gardens, with a swimming pool set amidst the lush tropical foliage.
