The villa sits on a large double lot with a landscaped garden lot that the pool deck overlooks.
This property has an open concept kitchen with a breakfast nook and bar. The kitchen and living room connect to the pool deck that boasts a large saltwater pool (heated in winter), outdoor shower, dining & lounging areas with an expansive view of the Caribbean Sea and brilliant sunsets. There is also a separate laundry room.
The land is fenced and the property is gated. There are traditional vaulted ceilings and beautiful terracotta floors throughout the home.
There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor plus game room with foosball table and board games, 3 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and built-in closets, and 2 bedrooms directly connect to the pool deck. Upstairs you will find a large room with 2 queen beds with a spacious ensuite bathroom and private balcony with the same stunning views.
There is also a one bedroom apartment on the lower level of the property which serves as the 5th bedroom (with exterior access). The apartment has a wet bar with coffee maker and also has a view of the ocean.
Pelican Key is the most popular and upscale neighborhood in St Maarten. This villa is close to everything with many bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and shops within walking distance. Pelican Key is the idyllic neighborhood in St Maarten as it is quiet and tucked away, but still a leisurely walk or short drive away from exactly where you want to be.
