Villa Overview
A long, palm-lined drive flanked by exotic flowers, lush trees, and verdant shrubs leads to the villa's grand entrance. The beautifully landscaped gardens extend through the entry courtyard and envelop the property, creating an immediate sense of privacy and tranquility. The Moorish-inspired soaring arches of the main entrance frame a dazzling glimpse of the sapphire-blue Caribbean Sea, drawing you into the cool, expansive interiors. Outside, a turquoise pool, bordered by palms and flamboyant trees, stretches the length of the terrace, connecting the villa seamlessly to the breathtaking views.
Inside, Villa Encore offers a harmonious blend of elegance and comfort, with expansive spaces for lounging, dining, and cooking. Travertine tile floors flow gracefully throughout the interiors, and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open completely to let in the sea breezes and unobstructed views.
The villa's kitchen is one of the largest on the island, equipped for inspired gourmet cooking with light wood cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and two professional-sized refrigerators. Wraparound counters provide casual dining while allowing chefs to interact with guests and enjoy the vista.
The double living room, divided by color palettes, blends contemporary style with exotic touches. One side features soft neutrals, while the other combines white with vibrant accents, creating an inviting and sophisticated environment.
Outdoor living at Villa Encore is equally exceptional. Multiple seating areas and dining terraces take full advantage of the lush gardens and panoramic sea views. A built-in barbecue complements the lower dining terrace, while sculpted loungers line the heated pool for sun-soaked relaxation. Covered areas with Singapore-style fans provide refreshing breezes, and a rooftop terrace offers a poetic perch to admire the Caribbean horizon.
The villa's five primary bedrooms are of equal size and each opens to the terrace with sweeping sea views. Spa-inspired bathrooms include outdoor showers with private seating, allowing guests to connect with tropical nature in absolute privacy. A sixth bedroom enjoys garden views and maintains the same contemporary, refined style as the original rooms. Two brand-new bedrooms are located on the lower level, providing additional comfort and privacy. The decor mixes contemporary lines and textures with exotic accents such as teak poster beds, curated art, and tranquil color palettes.

Despite its seclusion, Encore is conveniently located. Gourmet restaurants and food purveyors in Baie Nettle are just minutes away, and the French capital of Marigot with shops, markets, and historic architecture is 15 minutes by car. The international airport is 10 minutes away, and Grand Case and Philipsburg are 30 minutes from the villa.
Available as a 5, 6, 7, or 8 bedroom rental. Villa Encore is a sophisticated sanctuary that perfectly balances privacy, modern luxury, and the vibrant beauty of the Caribbean, offering an unforgettable island experience. Please note that 4-night stays are permitted exclusively for the 8-bedroom option. The 5, 6, and 7 bedroom option require a 5 night minimum stay.

As the pools are outdoors, the actual water temperature may vary depending on environmental conditions such as wind, rainfall, and outdoor temperature, which can affect how warm the pool feels and the temperature it is able to maintain. Please note that heated swimming pools are intended to enhance comfort and are not comparable to hot tubs or spa pools.

Guests arriving at different times can use the departure transfer as an additional arrival transfer. This means you’ll have two vehicles (up to 10 guests each) to allocate as you prefer between Airport-Villa. No departure transfer will be offered under this rule. Detours during transfers are possible for an additional fee. Every arrival transfer—complimentary or additional—includes a warm welcome by the dedicated Airport Greeter, Leo.
