Boasting a breathtaking view of the ocean and the neighboring island of Anguilla, Villa La Perla Palais is in the exclusive gated community of Baie Rouge Residence, offering 24-hour security.

The air-conditioned living room opens onto the generous terrace. It offers a lot of comfortable seating, a full gourmet kitchen with a brand-new bar designed by an Epoxy artist - the perfect place to enjoy a culinary show by the in-house private chef who is included for two meals per day (cost of the food & drinks not included)

All bedrooms feature elegant ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, tropical ceiling fan, television, king-size bed and dressing room.

La Perla Palais is also offering a media room, two Jacuzzis, a private gym, a spa, a sauna, a ping-pong table, a billiards table, a huge chess court, and plenty of relaxation areas.
