Staff and Services
One complimentary greeting is included with each reservation. Cost of the greeter is covered if the arrival is later than 9:00 PM. Guests are not responsible for the greeter fee for late-night arrivals.
Staff and Services (at Additional Cost)
The guests will be responsible for the cost of any additional greets. For example, if guests request that the greeter meet other members of their party who are arriving at a later time, an additional fee will apply. Some guests’ flights may arrive hours apart, and if the primary guests choose not to wait or meet their party upon arrival to the island, an additional greet fee of $65.00 will paid directly to the greeter. Arrivals on holidays will incur a fee of $100.00. While bookings with holiday arrivals are typically not accepted, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. Holidays include July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Daily housekeeping is not offered unless requested in advance. Guests will arrive to a clean and well-stocked home. If guests choose to have the home cleaned during their stay, the service can be arranged upon request, and payment will be made directly to the housekeeper.

This home is set to accommodate a maximum of six guests. There are no additional sleeping areas available for extra guests.
A "starter pack" of dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent is generally provided. It is recommended to bring extra, as the supply is not restocked daily.
The villa is stocked with initial trash bags, paper towels, and cleaning supplies (dish soap/sponge). As you are not paying for daily cleaning, you will need to replenish items like toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags during your stay.
This villa offers internet access but can be unreliable.
Guests are responsible for removing trash, there is a fee of $125.00 if guests leave trash at the home.
