The lower basement level includes an oversized bunk room and Jack and Jill bathroom, as well as a family room with a wet bar and games.
Outside, generous decks provide ample entertainment space, including a fire pit and a Utah custom-made Bullfrog hot tub. The large lawn adds to the outdoor entertainment options. This home is ideal for family gatherings during 4th of July in Park City. Additional amenities include a cozy den and a ski/boot up room. There are plenty of things to do near this home during the winter or summer, whether you are visiting Deer Valley Ski Resort or exploring Park City bike trails.
