Allamanda is a contemporary, elegant five-bedroom villa. All on one level, the villa boasts a dramatic fifteen hundred square foot great room with soaring twenty-foot ceilings and fifty feet of sliding glass doors that open up onto an expansive covered terrace.

Spanning eighty-five feet, the terrace affords guests the luxury of enjoying the outdoors in any weather. Play billiards or table tennis, enjoy a frozen cocktail at the bar while watching a sports event on the outdoor television, or lounge on the sofa and read a book, occasionally glancing up to watch the children play in the infinity edge, beach entry saltwater pool, before gazing out at the Caribbean Sea.

Three master bedrooms are accessible via the terrace or an interior hallway. Two of these measure eighteen feet square and have en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and walk-in closets. The third master measures twenty feet squared and has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, an outdoor shower, and a Jacuzzi bathtub. There is also a two-bedroom family suite that shares an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub. The parents' (or nanny's) room, considered the fourth master, has a secure private outdoor garden. The children's room can be set up as an optional king-size bed or twin bed.  All bedrooms have been floored in beautiful teak wood, are comfortably air-conditioned, and have forty-two-inch televisions with cable access.

The great room has a seventy-inch LCD TV and video game system. WiFi internet is available throughout, as well as a wireless speaker system (SONOS) in public spaces, which can stream thousands of radio stations from around the world.

The villa sits on two acres of manicured grounds, which includes an impressive playscape for children with swings and a fifteen-foot slide. Incorporated into the driveway is a half-basketball court.

The villa staff includes your butler, a chef, two chamber maids, a laundress, and a night manager, all of whom will cater to your every need.

One of the delights at Allamanda is the chorus of cicadas and tree frogs. Many guests leave their windows open all night for these signature sounds of Jamaica at night.

A special amenity available to guests in this villa is its complimentary membership with The Tryall Club, extending until November 30, 2026. This membership enhances your stay with exclusive access to The Tryall Club's prestigious amenities and services. Members may use most Club facilities at no charge except the tennis shop, ball boys, bar & restaurant, spa, grocery, motorized water sports, nanny services, and golf.  Complimentary amenities include the beach, non-motorized water sports, tennis, the excellent gym, the Hummingbird Kids Club, Great House afternoon tea, the Manager's Cocktail Party, and various special events.

Please note: Tryall Club membership is guaranteed for guests traveling through November 30, 2026.  There may be occasions when some or all the facilities of the hotel may be closed for membership guest services due to a private hotel event. The Tryall Club reserves the right to change or alter its membership packages with no advance notice.

Additional Information

Allamanda can accommodate as many children as there are beds (2 adults and 10 children are possible). A nanny is required for 2 children if the ratio of children to adults is more than 2 to 1.

Two Jamaican Brown Dogs live at Allamanda (Bonnie and Emily). They are both very friendly and are given free rein of the property at all times when the owners are in residence. If requested, however, the dogs can be kept in their ample dog run during the day and only let loose in the early evening to roam the property at night.  Just let the staff know your preference.
