Los Cabos Villas

Introducing Los Cabos

Positioned at the very tip of the Baja Peninsula, magnificent Los Cabos is the destination of choice for sun and adventure seekers alike. The climate is arid – warm, sunny, with little to no humidity – and lends a brightness to the already vibrant landscape.

The area of Los Cabos encompasses two towns connected by a 20-mile stretch of incredible beaches. But, while close in distance, they often seem worlds apart. At the foot of the Sierra de la Laguna Mountains is San José del Cabo, a quaint colonial town of twisting cobblestone streets and vibrant jacaranda trees. To the east, is Cabo San Lucas, famous for its bustling nightlife and iconic “El Arco,” a rock formation that towers above the Sea of Cortez.

Dubbed “the aquarium of the world,” the Sea of Cortez touts the globe’s largest variety of marine life, making it a playground for all types of sea creatures – from exquisite corals to giant manta rays. And from December to March, the area is also the home of humpback, gray, and blue whales, which you can glimpse on boat cruises and, sometimes, even from the beach.

With such an abundance of sea creatures, it’s no surprise that fishing in Los Cabos is nearly unparalleled. Charter boats offer visitors action year-round on dorado, tuna, sailfish, swordfish, and, perhaps most famously, marlin.

Ideal for those searching for sun, sand, and sea, the stunning villas of Los Cabos offer guests exquisite accommodations in one of the world’s most beautiful destinations.

Expert Tips

“Flora Farms’ restaurant has become the place to dine in Cabo. It’s Napa meets Baja and it’s an incredible environment. Everything is organic and farm-to-table. Plus, they have live music all the time and sometimes wine events. Be sure to make a reservation months ahead of time.

San Jose has a very historic art district. On Thursday nights from November to June, they close off some of the streets and do an art walk. All the galleries have wine and it’s really fun to go into town, walk around, and there’s a lot of energy.”  Kim, Los Cabos & Riviera Maya Villa Specialist
