OverviewIn the heart of the village of Bonnieux, amazing house Maison Pascualine composed of two houses that have been attached, which explains the current configuration of the house.
The house consists of several levels, meanders, vaults, parts dug in the rock, including stairs and a room, another spiral staircase, suspended terraces, one of which houses a Jacuzzi, and a courtyard.
It has just been completely renovated and furnished. It has a certain charm, perhaps more specifically indicated for young adults and adults. To park you have places in front of, below the road, or in a path above the house. A beautiful stay in perspective!
The entrance is via a beautiful pedestrian street in the village. One reaches a courtyard with fountain and a window opening onto the street, some is furnished with a table and chairs. The entrance hall in the "Troglodytes" part includes old floor tiles, Espeil rock, and a vaulted room.
The living room/dining room includes a fireplace, large bay windows that open onto the inner courtyard, stone walls and exposed rock, antique floor tiles, and a stone staircase with a steel ramp which gives access to a "point of view" on the terrace of the floor. A well of light decorates the whole room. The room includes sofas, armchairs, a coffee table, flat screen TV, DVD player (+ channel), and stereo.
The open kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, small freezer with 3-burner induction cooker and electric oven, electric kettle, toaster, family coffee machine and NESPRESSO (take capsules). It also opens onto the courtyard through a French window.
On the first floor there is a bedroom with a large wardrobe with en-suite bathroom & WC (there is a washing machine.) This room opens onto a terrace with deckchairs, garden furniture, parasols, table and chairs.
Bedroom two has access to the terrace. A superb spiral staircase, industrial type, gives access to the bedroom three. On the landing, there is a separate bathroom with WC and sink.

The villa is located in the center of Bonnieux, one of the many historic hilltop villages in the region. Dating back to Roman times where you will find plenty of small shops, bakeries, small supermarket, pharmacy and banks, there is a local weekly markets a perfect place to stroll around, and have a drink in one of the many cafes or having a meal in one of the restaurants’.
Just 10 kilometers away is Apt, a bustling town, it’s colorful Saturday market and attractive old town is a must. There are also several large supermarkets ideal to do the weekly shop.
You will find some good restaurants here too. Slightly further afield but still only a relatively short drive are Avignon and Aix en Provence, both of which would make wonderful day trips.
