We’re always adding new homes to our portfolio – and these six recent additions are among the best. From a sleek penthouse in Sint Maarten to a centuries-old Florentine residence, each home offers guests a stunning location, as well as luxurious accommodations that warrant a closer look.

Villa Opera – Tuscany, Italy
Sometimes, a villa’s name just says it all. Positioned in a 15th century palazzo, Villa Opera is a Florentine residence that was once a theater. A meeting place for Renaissance musicians, it was here that lyrical opera first took form. Now, the building’s centuries-old architecture is married with lofty modern design, and its interiors are superbly decorated with contemporary furnishings – though plenty of its age-old beauty remains. Original frescoes still grace the home’s walls and scenic machinery hangs from the ceiling of the theater.

Villa La Semilla – Riviera Maya, Mexico
Looking for your next gorgeous beachfront escape? Villa La Semilla is probably it. Nestled between a lush mangrove jungle and a secluded beach on Soliman Bay, this residence is ideal for getting away from it all, while enjoying some pretty spectacular nature. But that’s not to say Villa Semilla lacks anything in the way of luxury. The home touts a private garden veranda with an infinity pool, a contemporary open-concept living area, and a chef (should you wish to forgo cooking).

Villa Bea – Liguria, Italy
Perched on a lush hillside above the exclusive town of Portofino, Villa Bea offers guests incredible accommodations – both inside and out. The décor is elegant – combining both old and new Italian styles – and doesn’t stop indoors. Outside, Villa Bea plays host to plenty of features, including a panoramic swimming bool, pergola garden, and wood-burning pizza oven. There’s also a terrace that offers spectacular views of the Sestri Levante coast and Portofino Bay, which is best viewed in the evening with a cocktail in hand.

La Perla Sky – Simpson Bay, Sint Maarten
Sleek, modern, and ultra-stylish, La Perla Sky is a sought-after penthouse in Porto Cupecoy. It’s ideal for couples – featuring two equally sized bedrooms with en-suite baths – and for enjoying Sint Maarten’s sunshine. (The top-floor location provides La Perla Sky with a private rooftop terrace, home to a plunge pool, covered outdoor dining area, and lounge chairs.)

Villa Dione – Sicily, Italy
Villa Dione, a chic, mid-century modern home, is the ultimate waterfront retreat located near the famous town of Cefalù. The interiors are bright, clean, and unique – a harmonious blend of vintage and contemporary furnishings – and help showcase the home’s best feature: the view. The villa’s living room opens onto an extensive, panoramic terrace, where guests can relax, tan, or sip wine while enjoying water views in complete privacy.

Blue Canopy – St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands
Blue Canopy was designed with two things in mind: a laid-back lifestyle and a breathtaking view. The one-level home features an open floor plan that takes full advantage of the Caribbean sunshine, thanks to walls of sliding glass doors and integrated skylights. Outside, Blue Canopy boasts a multi-level deck complete with an L-shaped pool, gas BBQ, and a pool bar.
